These terms cover your use of bionicwave.ai and any course, consulting session, or program you buy from Bionic Wave ("Bionic Wave," "we," "us"). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. Questions: tyler@bionicwave.ai.

Client engagements

Custom work (for example Discover, Develop and Deploy engagements, Launch Week, builds, and retainers) is governed by a separate signed agreement or statement of work. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Courses, sessions, and purchases

Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe and is due when you buy unless your agreement says otherwise.
Consulting sessions are scheduled after purchase through our booking page. If you need to reschedule, give us at least 24 hours' notice.
Live course dates may change; if we move a session we will offer the new date or the recording.
Course materials, recordings, prompts and templates are licensed to you for your own use and your organization's internal use. Please don't resell or publicly redistribute them.
No refunds; we'll make it right another way: all sales are final. If a course, session, or program isn't the right fit, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll move what you paid to a different date, course, session, or service of equal value. Program-specific guarantees described on an offer page apply as written there.

AI-generated output

Our courses, sessions, and deliverables involve AI tools. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content produced for others. You are responsible for reviewing anything you use, publish, or rely on, and for following the terms of the AI tools you choose to use. We provide education and implementation help, not legal, financial, tax, medical, or security certification advice.

Intellectual property

The site's content, branding, and course materials belong to Bionic Wave. Ownership of work we create for a client is set by that client's agreement. You keep ownership of the materials and data you share with us.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it for resale, submit false information, or use it to violate anyone's rights or the law.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is." Examples, results, and case studies describe past work and are not a promise of specific results for you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Bionic Wave is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Minnesota law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Purchases are governed by the terms in effect when you bought.
