Bionic Wave ("Bionic Wave," "we," "us") is an AI consulting and education company based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This policy explains what we collect when you visit bionicwave.ai, book a call, buy a course or session, or work with us, and what we do with it. Questions:tyler@bionicwave.ai.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email, company, website, phone number, and anything you write in a form, booking request, or email (for example your goals, budget, or timeline).
- Purchases: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing details, and what you bought; we never see or store your full card number.
- Meetings: when you book through our scheduling page we receive the details you enter and the meeting time. With your permission we may record or transcribe calls to produce notes and deliverables.
- Usage data: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics and HubSpot record pages viewed, referring site, campaign tags (UTM parameters), approximate location, and device and browser type. If you decline, these tools do not load.
How we use it
- To respond to you, schedule and run meetings, and deliver the courses and services you buy.
- To send information you asked for, and occasional updates about our programs. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages and campaigns are useful so we can improve the site.
- To keep records required for taxes, accounting, and our agreements with you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent.
How we use AI
We are an AI company, and we use AI tools (such as Anthropic's Claude, Google Gemini, and OpenAI models) to draft documents, summarize meetings, organize notes, and build software for clients. When we do, we use business or API accounts whose terms do not allow the provider to train its models on our inputs, and we share only what the task needs. A person at Bionic Wave reviews AI-assisted work before it is delivered to you. Some content on this website was drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by our team.
Client confidential information is handled under the confidentiality terms of your agreement with us. If you prefer that we not use AI tools on your materials, tell us and we will honor it.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run the business, and they process information only on our behalf:
- HubSpot (CRM, forms, scheduling), Stripe (payments), Google Workspace and Google Analytics (email, documents, analytics), Vercel (website hosting), and Zoom or Google Meet (video calls).
- AI providers as described above.
- Professional advisers (accountants, lawyers) and authorities when the law requires it.
Cookies
Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you choose Accept in our cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime with the Cookie settings link in the footer. The site itself works without them.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and project records while we have a relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterward, and financial records as long as tax law requires. We delete or anonymize information we no longer need.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to stop marketing to you, by emailing tyler@bionicwave.ai. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws (including Minnesota and California) have these rights by law, and we extend them to everyone. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.
Security
We use reputable providers, encryption in transit, access controls, and two-factor authentication on our business accounts. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.
Children
Our site and services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be noted on this page.
